Mindfulness for Teachers and Support Staff

This is an eight-week programme, designed for teachers and support staff and taught by experienced teachers who understand the day-to-day pressures and demands in education.  We include research evidence, meditation techniques, plus skills for coping with the stresses and strains of every-day-life. Our programme is designed to enhance emotional intelligence and resilience.

Teacher Training Programme

A three-day teacher-training programme where you will train to deliver the BeeMindful Children’s Programme. The programme is delivered one day per fortnight (three full days over the course of six weeks) allowing for the opportunity to embed the course content in the classroom and feedback. This is an invaluable element of our programme, allowing teachers the opportunity to reflect, share best practice and be supported. During the training programme, the teacher will participate in real-time lessons, practise guiding the BeeMindful meditations and deliver course content to other course participants.

BeeMindful Children’s Programme

A six-week structured programme, developed for Key Stages 1 and 2 and explores a variety of themes, including creative mindful activities, videos, meditations, personal reflections and discussion. On completion of this programme, children will be equipped with life skills that will encourage them to develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence, thus better able to deal with the difficulties that they may experience.

Mindfulness for Stress Reduction

An eight-week programme which includes a variety of meditation practices and research evidence and how to apply mindfulness to everyday living, enabling you to respond positively to life’s challenges.  The programme also includes a number of strategies for dealing with stressful situations, helping participants become calmer and more resilient, ultimately leading to a happier life.
