Come and join us for one of our regular weekly classes for an hour of mindfulness meditation where you will learn and explore new meditations in a fun, safe and non-judgemental space. We will recap on the theory in order to keep you motivated on your mindfulness journey.
What we will do –
- A short mindfulness practice to settle the energy and allow yourself to calm before the start of the the session.
- Breif discussion about your home practice giving you the opportunity to ask any questions or share any concerns.
- Introduce new meditations or perhaps revisit your favourites.
- Group sharing of your experiences.
- A short meditation to close.
Who are the sessions for? Ideally you will have already completed an eight-week mindfulness course and want to continue with your mindfulness practice, deepening your understanding and improving your meditation technique. Or perhaps you are already a confident meditator and want the opportunity to explore your meditation practice and learn from the experience of others.
What it is not – this is not a structured mindfulness course and will not cover the in-depth theory and step by step introduction to the meditations.
What you will need – a yoga mat and if you prefer to have your head raised bring a cushion or pillow. You may also want a blanket as the body temperature can drop during meditation, althought the room is well heated.
Why come to weekly mindful meditation sessions? We are all so busy and caught up with our daily life that often our meditation practice is something we neglect. Coming to a class gives you the space you need to practice, without feeling guilty and without distraction from the phone, TV, computer or interruption from the rest of the family. You will experience new meditations thus keeping your practice fresh and interesting. You will also have the opportunity to meet new friends or perhaps keep in touch with those you already know.

Cancellation: A full refund will be given if you cancel your place at least seven days prior to the class. If you cancel after this date you may transfer your place to another weekly session.
