Sue is a qualified mindfulness teacher and delivers a variety of mindfulness courses and lifestyle workshops and also facilitates courses with the mental health charity Mind.

Sue began teaching mindfulness in 2013 and partnered with Caroline Blundell to deliver courses in schools and the workplace and is now bringing mindfulness to the community.

“I discovered mindfulness at a time when I was totally burnt out and it literally turned my life around. I’m now passionate about helping others who suffer mental health issues caused by the demands and pressures that the modern-day world presents.”
