What you will need – a yoga mat and if you prefer to have your head raised bring a cushion or pillow.  You may also want a blanket as the body temperature can drop during meditation, althought the room is well heated.

Come and join us at one of our regular weekly classes for an hour of mindfulness meditation where you will learn and explore new meditations in a fun, safe and non-judgemental space. We will recap on the theory in order to keep you motivated on your mindfulness journey.

Who are the sessions for? These sessons are for anyone who wants to step out of autopilot and take some time out for yourself. If you have already completed an eight-week mindfulness course this is a great way to continue with your mindfulness practice, deepening your understanding and improving your meditation technique. .

Why come to weekly mindful meditation sessions? We are all so busy and caught up with our daily life that often our meditation practice is something we neglect. Coming to a class gives you the space you need to practice, without feeling guilty and without distraction from the phone, TV, computer or interruption from the rest of the family. You will experience new meditations thus keeping your practice fresh and interesting. You will also have the opportunity to meet new friends or perhaps keep in touch with those you already know.

Cancellation You can get a full refund if your place is cancelled at least seven days prior to the session booked. Alternatively, if you cancel within seven days you can transfer your booking onto another week.
